Our aim is simple: keep your vehicle on the road and make support straightforward, whether you operate a single EVIG or manage a larger fleet. How we support you after delivery:
  • Digital manuals  Access EVIG guides and documentation online.
  • Service & maintenance  Clear service intervals, workshop support, and trained service partners in selected markets.
  • Spare parts Genuine parts, help identifying what you need, and efficient delivery. If you need help, you will have a clear point of contact and a support team ready to assist.

Service & maintenance

EVIG is built to be straightforward to service. The 48 V architecture, modular components and clear access points are all chosen to make maintenance predictable and efficient.

Planned service

We define recommended service intervals and tasks in the EVIG Service and Maintenance Guide. This makes it easy to plan work in advance and integrate EVIG maintenance into your existing workshop routines.

Who can service EVIG?

Authorised partners – in selected markets, service and repairs can be carried out by Clean Motion or trained partners who know the vehicle.
Customer workshops – for operators with their own workshop, we support your technicians with documentation and, when relevant, training so routine service can be handled in-house.

Documentation

All standard service routines are described in the digital EVIG Service and Maintenance Guide, available here and via QR code in the vehicle and here on our support page. You always have access to the latest version.

Spare parts

We supply genuine spare parts for EVIG to keep your vehicles running safely and efficiently over time. Common wear parts and critical components are stocked for fast delivery, and other items can be ordered as needed. 

What we provide 

Genuine EVIG spare parts, tested and approved by Clean Motion
– Fast access to common wear parts (for example brakes, tyres, filters) 
– Support to identify the correct part if you are unsure 
– Documentation and exploded views in the manuals to help you find part numbers 

How to order spare parts 

  1. Collect your vehicle VIN and, if possible, the part number from the manual or a clear photo of the part.
  2. Contact your local EVIG dealer or Clean Motion Aftersales & Support by email or phone.
  3. We help you confirm the correct part and arrange delivery to your workshop or service partner.
