Clean Motion has employees in Sweden and India. In addition to this, a significant amount of work is carried out via consultants, subcontractors and owners. Most of the owners contribute time to Clean Motion. Together with subcontractors, up to 20 different people work in the business at times. The company has a good mix of young engineers and experienced people in the automotive industry.

Ulf has a background as both CFO and CEO for electronics and software suppliers to the automotive industry, including Delphi/Mecel (Aptiv), Movimento (Siemens), and Volcano Automotive (Siemens). He has also spent 10 years working with growth companies in renewable energy and green technology.

He has previously worked on energy audits at Magniture Systems, Inc. in the USA and as a system administrator at Svenska Kraftnät. His expertise spans both software and hardware within electric vehicle technology.
